Privacy Policy

Stick With It ("the app") is a home workout app for iPhone. It is built so that your information stays on your phone. There are no accounts, no ads and no tracking. Your workouts never leave your phone. The only thing handled outside the app is the optional Pro purchase, described below.

What the app stores, and where

The app saves the following only on your device. None of it is sent to us or to anyone else:

• Your answers to the setup questions: goal, fitness level, equipment, things to go easy on, minutes and days per week, and an optional body weight used to estimate calories.
• Your workout history, ratings of each exercise, streaks, achievements, custom workouts and settings.

Apple Health

If you turn on "Save workouts to Health", the app writes each finished workout to Apple Health with its duration and an estimated calorie burn. The app does not read any data from Apple Health.

• Health data is never used for advertising, marketing or data mining.
• Health data is never sold or shared with third parties.
• The app does not store Health data in iCloud.

You can turn access off at any time in the Health app under Sharing → Apps → Stick With It.

Notifications, widgets and Live Activities

Reminders are scheduled locally on your phone, and only if you turn them on. The home-screen widget and the workout timer on your lock screen read data from the app on your phone only.

Stick With It Pro purchase

Pro is an optional one-time in-app purchase. Payment is handled entirely by Apple; we never see your name, Apple ID, email or card details. To confirm and restore the purchase, the app uses RevenueCat, a purchase-processing service. RevenueCat receives a random anonymous ID created by the app, your purchase receipt from Apple (product, price, currency, date and country), and basic device details such as the iOS and app version. This is used only to unlock Pro and to let you restore it on another iPhone. It is not linked to your identity, not used for advertising and not sold.

Data we collect

Apart from the purchase record above, none. The app contains no analytics, advertising or tracking code, does not use the advertising identifier, and never sends your workouts, answers or health data anywhere.

This website

This website is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google). Like any web host, Google may process standard request data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and keep the service secure. We don't add analytics or cookies to this site.

Deleting your data

Use Settings → Reset progress in the app, or delete the app. Both remove everything the app stored on your phone. Workouts already saved to Apple Health can be deleted in the Health app.

Children

The app does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. Purchases by children are controlled by Apple's Family Sharing and Ask to Buy settings.

Changes to this policy

If a future version adds features that send data off your phone, we will update this page and the date above before that version is released, and the App Store privacy label will change too.
